Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products is 25 pieces per design, per size, per color. This MOQ ensures we can maintain the quality and consistency you expect from Ma Fierté. Whether you need a small batch of corporate gifts or a large branded collection, we are equipped to accommodate your order while delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
What is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?
The turnaround time depends on the order’s size and complexity. Generally, custom orders take between 2 to 4 weeks from design approval to delivery. For large or intricate projects, timelines may be adjusted accordingly. We always provide a detailed schedule once your requirements are clear.

Ma Fierté is based at 19 Moor Road, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka. We primarily serve clients within Sri Lanka and the region but are open to international shipping inquiries on a case-by-case basis.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Every product undergoes rigorous quality control from design through production. Skilled artisans oversee each step to ensure materials, stitching, finishing, and overall construction meet Ma Fierté’s high standards.
How do I care for my Ma Fierté products?
Proper care ensures your products remain beautiful and durable for years. For leather, wipe regularly with a soft cloth and condition occasionally, keeping it away from moisture, oils, and sunlight. Jute should be kept dry and dusted with a brush or vacuum; spot clean gently and avoid harsh chemicals. Canvas is best spot-cleaned with mild soap and dried in the shade—avoid machine washing unless noted. For cotton, use mild detergent, skip bleach, and air dry or tumble dry low; iron if needed. Always store all items in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight.
